Marcin Leszczyński is an energetic, passionate chef who has a peculiar approach to cooking. There is nothing that would stop him on the way to meet the expectations of his guests and to implement ideas for the tastiest dishes. He has one goal – to constantly surprise and expand his culinary horizon.
He uses the latest cooking techniques, but he doesn’t forget about tradition. Creating new flavour combinations, experimenting is his passion, and he treats cooking as an art.
He specializes in molecular gastronomy. He gained experience working in many restaurants in Poland, thus looking for inspiration and developing his sense and culinary individuality. He has often participated in various trainings in Poland and abroad, and verifies his abilities during regional and national culinary competitions. In 2009 he took part in the Professional of the Year (Profesjonalista Roku) competition in Wrocław, in 2014 he appeared at the international culinary competition Trendy Chef and cut his teeth at the national Chef’s Faight Poland competition. He has been a member of the Chefs’ Club since 2017.
